Leaving CP+B was a big deal for Lori Senecal. Although her career has certainly been laced with success, her decision to leave this company, as well as the ad industry was a shock to her fellow leaders. Her contract was set to expire at the end of 2017, and when it did, reality set in for her team. What’s next for her? While it may seem a bit too early for her to retire, it may be a great time for Lori to step into a new career.

Other big changes were coming as the retirement came for Lori Senecal. The second looming change was when Danielle Aldrich was promoted to the position of a managing director, once overseeing the Boulder area. Aldrich was appointed to oversee both the Boulder office as well as the office in L.A. This time around, she will be in a global position, which means big things are coming for her. This means Aldrich will also oversee the Infiniti account, which was moved to L.A. as well. Check out huffingtonpost.com

The future still looks bright for CP+B as the changes in leadership have been made. Lori Senecal and Porter have worked together to make discoveries about who might be the perfect fit for the role that she was in. The two have worked tirelessly on a list of strengths and weaknesses of their staff, assigning new individuals to new leadership roles. Lori wanted to ensure that she left no stone unturned upon her exit at CP+B.

Lori Senecal has served in multiple leadership roles, but most importantly, she has worked for other companies as a CEO. The MDC Partners Network has continued to undergo changes, and with Senecal leaving, the news of Aldrich being promoted didn’t go very far at all. Aldrich did play an important role in creating the winning pitch that won over American Airlines, as well as the winning pitches for Fruit of the Loom, Hershey’s, and the infamous Hotels.com. Senecal and Aldrich may well go down in history as two of the most successful directors in history.
