Goettl was once a company that was not able to perform well. They struggled in the past, but with the help of a newly designed management team, they were able to start profiting again and really making money from the services that they provided. The company knew a lot about HVAC and they used this for the majority of the things that they were doing. All of this is what allowed the company to continue to help their clients and they also knew that their clients would be able to get more from the opportunities that they had in different areas that they were close to.

When Goettl first started helping out their clients, they knew that they would have to make some changes. Some of these changes involved the way that they handled their business but also some of them were related to the way that they handled their clients. They implemented new systems and tried their best to give clients what they needed when it came to the services that they were able to offer to them. Since Goettl had remained so committed to these clients, they knew that they could continue to try different things to help people out with the issues that they had.

Goettl realized that there were other companies that were suffering. For example, GlassDoor.com reported about a company that was doing poorly in Southern California. This was a company that needed help and Goettl felt that they were the company that would be able to do that. Since they have acquired the company, they are going to continue providing HVAC services just like that company did, but it will be under the umbrella of the Goettl customer service ideologies for the people who are trying to do more with their business.

Even the Goettl website talks about the changes that they are making. They are proud of how far they have come and they are excited to try new things with different companies in the future. Goettl is going to continue offering their services and they are also going to continue showing people how they can make changes to the industry so that they will be able to try different things and get more out of the situations that they are in so that they can be positive influences on the companies that they work with along with the clients that they work with.


At Georgetown University during their final year, Nathaniel Ru and friends could not find comfortable and healthy places to eat in Washington D.C. Finally, they found a 560 square foot tavern on M Street which was comfortable and healthythat it gave them the urge to found their eatery. Six years later, they founded an eatery on M Street which grown to the great restaurant known as Sweetgreen.

The comrades decided to talk to the owner of the eatery about their idea. The owner of the restaurant happened to be the landlord of their apartment.

Nathaniel Ru called and explained their plan, but she hung up. Ru and his friends kept calling for a month, and finally, the owner of the restaurant accepted to meet up with them.

Nathaniel Ru and his partners showed up to the meeting with a three-page business plan, one of them being of financials. By then they were going to name the place ‘greens.’ The landlord believed in their idea. Despite them not having any restaurant experience, she offered to support them.

Therefore, she asked them to look for an architect and some business backers. It took them three and half weeks to find the business sponsors and an architect. They came back with what was required and a real business plan. The landlord supported them in achieving their dream.

Today, Sweetgreen restaurant has expanded to have branches in leading Northeast’s cities and in their outskirts which include Washington, Philadelphia, New York, and Boston. Productive local farmers supply most of Sweetgreen’s ingredients, and that is why their food is always fresh, healthy and delicious.

Another graduate of Georgetown University, Theresa Dold, works in charge of digital marketing at Sweetgreen. Dold stated that Sweetgreen was not only established as a little salad restaurant but was founded with a deeper purpose.

In April 2009 Sweetgreen founders got a bigger restaurant space in Washington near DuPont Circle. In the first fortnight, customers did not show up which was disappointing. The owners suggested playing music every weekend. The idea worked with more than 600 customers showing up which led to launching an annual event known as Sweetlife.

The Lawyer Referral and Information Service recently launched a new online portal and has made it available 24-hours a day. The service has been made completely confidential.

The new service is free and works in conjuction with 17 county referral services that are already launched in New York State. To use this service clients fill out a questionnaire online and describe their reason for needing a lawyer and their location. The Lawyer Referral and Information Service then locates a lawyer in their area connects them with the client.

The New Year State Bar Association has properly approved and vetted each attorney and confirms they are in good legal standing with the state. Users pay nothing for the referral but if they meet with an attorney, they are charged $35 for a 30-minute consult. The New Year State Bar Association believes the new service will make a big impact on the legal system in New York.

My team of officers was hunting a wanted fugitive who wound up settling in my community. We knew the suspect had family here, so we were hopeful that surveillance would allow us to collect enough information to close this case quickly without incident. As with any case of this nature, things do not always go as planned, and we found out that no one was willing to help us get any types of leads on the suspect. It was time we had to dig deep into our resources before this suspect flew the coop.


With family in the city, we made the assumption he had to have friends or family in the local jail too. The company has these monitoring system in over two thousand prisons around this country, and they are key to helping officers maintain safety in and out of those facilities. The LBS software detected chatter from a cousin of our suspect, warning his family to hide our suspect because the fugitive hunters were on the call.


Despite him being told to not use the phone, his conversations gave up all the details we needed to set up a perimeter and clamp down on the suspect before he had a chance to run away.
